We process only what is needed for your conversion
How files are used
Markdown, DOCX files, custom Word templates, and document assets are used only to generate the DOCX or PDF you request and are not sent to analytics providers. JPG, PNG, and WebP format conversions happen entirely in your browser; source and output images are never uploaded.
Analytics
Cverto uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous page visits. We do not use third-party cookies or collect Markdown content, template contents, uploaded files, or secret keys through analytics.
Retention and deletion
Temporary Markdown, DOCX files, document assets, templates, and DOCX/PDF outputs are retained on the server for no more than 24 hours and deleted after expiry. Image format conversion uses no server storage, and selected files are not persisted by the browser.
Logs
Logs contain only request IDs, job status, phase timings, file sizes, asset counts, template type, and public error codes. They never contain Markdown content, template contents, image contents, download signatures, or secret keys.
Accounts and conversion history
Accounts are handled by Supabase Auth. Cverto stores your email, display name, account status, custom theme settings and theme logos you explicitly upload, plus sanitized conversion metadata for authentication, account history, theme management, usage limits, and product improvement. We never store plaintext passwords. Conversion records may include a normalized filename, but never Markdown content, template contents, or DOCX contents.
Pro orders and payments
Cverto stores the internal order ID, plan, amount, currency, provider, order status, and entitlement period to confirm payment, activate Pro, and process refunds. We do not store card numbers or payment passwords, and document contents are never sent to payment providers.
